11, 2014 - 1:00pm
Attend the Quiz Bowl
Kickoff meeting at McGirt Horton Branch Library.
The Kick off Meeting will provide an overview of the
quiz bowl, and discuss in detail the guidelines for the
28th Annual Black History Quiz Bowl. A
$30 team registration fee, which also covers the
costs of the 2014 resource package, will be due at the
Kick off Meeting. The very extensive resource package
will be the primary source document for the competition.
3)
February 8,
2014 - 10:00am
Participate in the Elimination
Round - at McGirt Horton Branch Library. This will be a
test based upon the information provided in the resource
package. The top four teams from each level (middle or
high school) will move to the final competition.
4)
February 23,
2014 - 3:00pm to 5:00pm
Compete in
the Final Round! Invite your friends and family to see
if your team will claim the title of being
the 2014 Annual Black History Quiz Bowl winner!
